Once a service is confirmed, our team begins allocating resources to provide you with the best possible experience.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or no-show. This is because our technicians, materials, and time slots are reserved in advance specifically for your vehicle.
In exceptional cases such as service rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances, we will offer an option to adjust the appointment date. However, any monetary refund requests will not be entertained under any condition. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated.
