Yes, we provide 100% doorstep service. Our technicians come to your location with all the necessary equipment and products—no need to visit a workshop.


4. Is the coating safe for all car types and colors?
Absolutely. Our coatings are safe for all vehicle's surfaces, and are applied by trained professionals to ensure optimal results.


5. How long does the service take?
Depending on the service, it usually takes between 3 to 6 hours. We’ll inform you of the expected duration at the time of booking.


6. What’s the difference between ceramic and graphene coating?
Ceramic coating offers 2–5 years of protection depending on the package. Graphene coating provides more advanced protection and lasts up to 7 years. Both improve durability and ease of maintenance.


7. Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, our ceramic and graphene coatings come with a service guarantee. We also offer complimentary touch-ups depending on the package.


8. Is my payment refundable if I cancel?
No, all payments are non-refundable as we reserve materials, time slots, and manpower in advance. However, you may reschedule your appointment in certain cases.


9. How do I maintain my car after coating?
We recommend avoiding washing your car for at least 5–7 days after coating. Regular maintenance washes and avoiding harsh chemicals will help extend the life of the coating.

12. Do I need to bring my car to a workshop?

No. All services are fully doorstep. Our trained Xperts come to your home or office with professional tools and lighting. You don’t need to step out or leave your car anywhere.

 

13. How do I book a coating service?

You can book via WhatsApp or directly through our website. Just share your car model and pincode, and we’ll guide you through the best plan for your vehicle.

14. What is included in the coating plans?

Each plan includes:

  Borophene and graphene plans also include free annual maintenance and longer guarantees.

15. How long does the coating process take?

Depending on the plan, it takes 4 to 8 hours. We work around your schedule and handle everything at your location. There’s no disruption to your day.

 

16. How do I maintain my car after coating?

Just regular rinsing is enough. We recommend avoiding pressure washers for the first 7 days. For premium plans, our team also follows up with free annual maintenance to refresh the coating.

 

 

17. How long will the coating last?

Hybrid ceramic lasts around 6 months. 9H ceramic lasts up to 1 year, 10H ceramic up to 2 years, graphene up to 5 years, and borophene up to 7 years. Lifespan depends on usage, location, and basic care.

18. Is ShiftUp’s coating safe for new cars?

Yes. In fact, new cars benefit the most. Coating protects the original paint from swirl marks, water stains, and UV damage. Most customers get it done within 30 days of delivery.

 

 

19. Will the coating prevent scratches?

No coating makes your car scratch-proof. However, higher-grade coatings like graphene and borophene do resist swirl marks, fading, and light surface damage better than wax or ceramic.

 

 

20. Why not just get a local ceramic coating for ₹3,000?
